Primarily responsible for leading searches for executive leadership, senior management and accounting/finance professionals, he has successfully completed hundreds of searches for a wide spectrum of public and private organizations.

From regional start-ups to multimillion-dollar organizations, Jeff has consistently recruited some of Atlantic Canada’s leading talent over the past ten years. They continue to look to him for the expertise they need to stay competitive.

Long active in the community, Jeff is currently involved in several professional and charitable initiatives and organizations. He is a member of the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia (HRANS), and serves on the Board of Directors of Ray & Berndtson. His longstanding involvement with the Halifax Chamber of Commerce continues in his current role as Chair of the HR and Governance Board Committee, and as a member of the Board Nominating Committee. Before joining Robertson Surrette, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and held a series of sales management positions with one of Atlantic Canada’s leading private companies. Originally from Antigonish, he currently lives in the Halifax area with his wife and two daughters. Jeff is also an avid golfer, finding time to pursue his favourite pastime whenever his busy schedule allows.
