Tony has over 20 years
business and consulting experience in the US and Canada.
His expertise spans the financial, retail, healthcare
and manufacturing industries. As past president of his
own company, Tony is able to draw upon his business
acumen and leadership skills to coach and consult with
senior management to improve performance and business
outcomes.
He has worked in the areas of leadership
and coaching, succession planning, team development,
and change management in the service of such clients
in Eastern Canada as Farmers Dairy, Halifax International
Airport Authority, RCMP, Nova Scotia Transportation
and Public Works, Crombie Properties, Lafarge NA, Keane
Canada, High Liner Foods, and Scotsburn Cooperative.
Tony is presently a Ph.D. candidate
in Organization and Management and has a Masters of
Science in Management from Regis University in Denver
and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from
the University of Toronto. He is certified in MBTI,
FIRO-B, Social Styles, Personal Directions, LEA 360,
and LISten 360. |
